When you’re ready to place your order, or if you have any questions, just call ChimneyPot.com at (724) 345 – 3601. When you call, you’ll speak to one of our knowledgeable, friendly sales representatives. Our staff has years of experience and will be happy to answer any of your questions before you place your chimney pot order. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. You can also reach us by our online contact form.
When You Are Ready to Order
- Please have your flue and chimney measurements available. We’ll need to know the shapes and sizes of any flue(s) and chimney(s) your chimney pot will cover. Please see How to Measure Your Flue for measuring instructions.
- If you need additional help in determining how to measure you chimney, just give us a call.
- Please have the item numbers and names of your chimney pots available. If you used the My Favorites feature of our website, you may wish to print out that page to reference when you call.
- We only take telephone orders at ChimneyPot.com. Since we carry so many styles and sizes of chimney pots, we find this helps to ensure that the chimney pots you order will fit for your flues and chimneys properly.
